We do not collect email addresses, phone numbers, location, or any other personal data from guests.
We process your data based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you provide by checking the consent box when joining an event.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us via email. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
30 days after event ends
All photos and associated data (name, UUID) are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days of the event ending.
Automatic deletion
The deletion process is fully automated. After 30 days from the event's end, all data is irreversibly deleted — both photos from file storage and database entries.

Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform (Firebase) servers in the European Union region (europe-west1). Communication is encrypted using TLS/SSL protocol.
We do not share your data with third parties, do not use it for marketing purposes, and do not profile users.
Klishio uses only essential cookies and localStorage for application functionality (user session, guest UUID). We do not use marketing or analytics cookies.
